Thigh Sculpting

Thigh lift surgery helps correct sagging skin and tissue in an area that does not respond to exercise or weight changes.

The purpose of the procedure is to tighten the inner thighs and improve the overall proportions of the legs, creating a smoother and more defined silhouette. This treatment is particularly suitable for cases where the skin has lost its elasticity, causing both visual and physical discomfort.

The result is a more shapely and balanced thigh line that blends naturally with the rest of the body.

About the procedure

You are a good candidate for this procedure if you have

  • excess skin on the inner thighs caused by aging
  • loose skin on your thighs due to weight loss
  • excess fat tissue in the thigh area
  • thin skin and stretch marks
  • a desire for a more proportionate and toned thigh area

Before the surgery

  • Have blood tests done, and if you are over 50 years old, you must also have an electrocardiogram (ECG)
  • To achieve the best results, stabilize your weight before the procedure
  • Before the procedure, the doctor will mark the incision sites on your skin with a marker, explain the procedure, and discuss the expected results

Duration of the surgery and important information

  • Thigh lift surgery takes about 1–2 hours and is performed under general anesthesia
  • During the procedure, excess skin and subcutaneous fat tissue will be removed from your thighs; if necessary, liposuction will be performed on the entire area. A drain may be left in the incision if needed.

Recovery

  • After the surgery, you will spend one night in our cozy private clinic, where our professional staff will take care of you
  • The day after surgery, a doctor will examine you and provide recommendations for wound care, reducing swelling, and pain management. The sutures will be removed 10–14 days later
  • To achieve the best results, you must wear compression garments. Initially at all times, and later only during physical activity
  • We recommend taking 1 week of sick leave to recover from thigh plastic surgery
  • You can begin light physical activity after 1 week. You may return to full physical activity 4–6 weeks after surgery.
  • The final results are best seen approximately 6 months after surgery, once the body has fully recovered.

Book a consultation

A consultation is the beginning of every outcome – a place where we make the first important decisions together.

During this process, you will receive a doctor’s assessment, understand your possibilities and limitations, and gain a clear overview of what kind of outcome is realistic. If necessary, this also means making a decision not to intervene, as every decision must be justified.
