Breast augmentation

Breast augmentation helps create proportions that are better balanced with the rest of the body and restores the shape and volume of the breasts.

The procedure is suitable for both those with naturally smaller breasts and those whose breast shape has changed due to pregnancy, breastfeeding, or weight fluctuations. The solution is always chosen on an individual basis—taking into account body type, expectations, and the feasibility of achieving a natural-looking result.

Our goal is to achieve a result that suits your body and looks natural, not exaggerated.

About the procedure

You are a good candidate for the procedure if you have

  • small breasts
  • unsatisfactory breast shape
  • asymmetrical breasts
  • breasts that have sagged due to weight loss or breastfeeding
  • medical reasons for the surgery (such as a breast that has been operated on due to illness, absence of a breast, or underdeveloped breast due to congenital or post-traumatic changes)

Before surgery

  • familiarize yourself with the different types of breast implants (you can ask for more details and learn more during your consultation). We use high-quality, natural-looking breast implants from Nagor (com), Polytech (www.polytech-health-aesthetics.com), and Motiva (www.rinnaimplantaadid.ee). Lightweight implants are also available (www.b-lite.eu).
  • We assess the need for blood tests and breast examinations (mammography or ultrasound) on an individual basis for each patient
  • Before the procedure, the doctor will mark the incision sites on your skin with a marker, explain the course of the surgery, and discuss the expected results

Duration of the surgery

Breast augmentation surgery takes about 1 hour and is performed under general anesthesia

Recovery

  • After the surgery, you will spend one night in our cozy private clinic, where our professional staff will take care of you
  • After the surgery, the doctor will examine you and provide recommendations for wound care, reducing swelling, and pain management. Stitches are removed 7–10 days after the surgery.
  • We recommend taking 1–2 weeks of sick leave to recover from breast augmentation surgery
  • Physical activities are prohibited during the recovery period. You can return to sports 4–6 weeks after the surgery
  • The final results are best seen approximately 6 months after surgery, once the body has fully recovered
  • A repeat procedure may be necessary within 5–8 years

Where to start?

If you are interested in breast augmentation, please schedule a consultation with a doctor first. During the consultation, you can discuss your wishes, concerns, and expectations, and the doctor will use their experience to find the solution that best suits you. Together, we will select the most suitable implant, size, shape, and incision location for you. During the consultation, we will assess your health, determine the best surgical method, explain the location of scars and potential complications, and if you are a suitable candidate for surgery, we can schedule your procedure right away. Our doctors are members of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), communicate in Estonian, Russian, English, and Finnish, and view your body as a unified whole, always striving to provide you with the best possible care!

Book a consultation

A consultation is the beginning of every outcome – a place where we make the first important decisions together.

During this process, you will receive a doctor’s assessment, understand your possibilities and limitations, and gain a clear overview of what kind of outcome is realistic. If necessary, this also means making a decision not to intervene, as every decision must be justified.
